The RoleThis is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.
As a School Psychologist, you will:
Deliver virtual psychological services that support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth Complete evaluations, assessments and reports Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require Partner with families, school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress Requirements Must have an active Michigan School Psychologist license, Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held Experience with virtual platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace. Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits
This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and placement.
