Provide leadership for a team that develops hardware, software and automation for chip validation correlation and characterization. Drive decisions on test strategies with collaboration between cross functional teams, including Applications and Advanced Technology. Own execution of test plans ensuring complete coverage and traceability of feature/system requirements. Participate in developing methodologies for chip test and validation from requirements through tape-out. Contribute towards the continuous development of Tools, Technology and Flows. Foster a culture of continuous engineering improvement through mentorship, feedback, and metrics.   Develop training and documentation, supporting your team and product development. Work with peers to implement best practices and continuous improvements to Cirrus Logic characterization and validation methodologies. Collaborate closely with IC Design engineers, Systems engineers, and Application Engineers to collaborate in test and validation methodologies.

Mixed-Signal Design & Development experience. Experience validating advanced technology, test chips or early-stage IP ahead of product development. Strong background in circuit design, including analog signal chains, power electronics, and audio signal processing, alongside experience in custom test platform development. Develop automated test framework, regression test suites in Python or equivalent to optimize validation efficiency. Develop and work with supporting hardware, FPGA, DSP, ARM, 8051, JTAG, Scopes, debuggers) and software (Python, C, Assembly, scripts) collateral.
