As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, working closely

with the sales team and prospective customers to conduct discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations,

address technical questions, and provide expert insight into how ’s platform can solve real-world challenges

across industrial sectors, including chemicals, mining, and process manufacturing.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of Solutions Consulting and other cross -functional teams to ensure every

customer interaction reflects ’s innovative, customer-first approach. This is an exciting opportunity for a

technical professional who enjoys engaging with customers and is eager to make a measurable impact at a rapidly

growing SaaS company.Requirements

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value of ’s

solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Partner with Account Executives to understand prospective customers’ business needs and challenges

and align ’s capabilities with their goals.

• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value

engagements.

• Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to develop and refine demo assets, reusable content, and

best practices that streamline the pre-sales process.

• Offer input to Product Management and Engineering based on customer feedback, helping shape the

evolution of ’s software.

• Stay current with industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive offerings to effectively position

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting solutions, success stories, and lessons learned.

• Assist cross-functional teams in developing industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators

for chemicals, mining, process manufacturing, and related industrial markets
