World Fuel is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and website experiences across our global business.

This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys building, launching, and optimizing marketing assets while ensuring every campaign is delivered accurately and efficiently. You'll play a critical role in supporting our global marketing operations team through the execution of email campaigns, marketing automation workflows, landing pages, website updates, and digital content production.

Working closely with marketing stakeholders across multiple business segments and regions, you will help deliver seamless digital experiences that support customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

What You'll DoMarketing Automation & Campaign Execution

Build, execute, and maintain digital marketing assets within HubSpot, including:

• Email campaigns and reusable email templates
• Automated workflows and nurture programs
• Forms and progressive profiling experiences
• Landing pages and thank-you pages
• Audience segmentation and list creation

You will:

• Support campaign testing, scheduling, and deployment
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time
• Perform quality assurance checks across all digital assets
• Maintain campaign consistency, naming conventions, and asset organization
• Monitor campaign delivery and support performance tracking

Website Content Management

Manage and maintain website content within WordPress.

Responsibilities include:

• Publishing and updating website content
• Maintaining page formatting, metadata, and content structure
• Uploading images, files, and digital assets
• Supporting campaign landing page development and content refreshes
• Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand standards

Quality Assurance & Digital Excellence

Serve as a key contributor to maintaining high standards across all digital marketing activities.

You will:

• Validate links, formatting, rendering, personalization, and tracking
• Ensure digital assets are technically accurate and compliant with established guidelines
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and execution efficiency
• Support documentation and best practices for digital marketing operations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with stakeholders across marketing, content, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

You will:

• Gather requirements and clarify project needs
• Provide updates on project timelines and priorities
• Support internal marketing requests related to HubSpot and WordPress
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver campaigns efficiently and consistently

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, campaign operations, or website content management
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar marketing platforms
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows
• Experience working in a structured marketing, production, agency, or in-house digital environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency with HubSpot and/or WordPress
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation best practices
• Familiarity with segmentation and audience targeting concepts
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
