SALES TECHNICIAN, ROMANIA

The ideal candidate is dynamic, has strong communication skills and has experience in the construction industry and/or related equipment. We are looking for a proactive professional ready to manage relationships in a fast-paced environment and to represent the brand through practical demonstrations and direct sales.

The resource will be responsible for:

- Selling machinery and equipment for the building and construction field (in particular: mixing machines, plastering machines and transportation systems for premixed plasters) - Providing technical support to existing and potential clients through practical demonstration sessions, in collaboration with the HQ technical department - Managing relationships with existing and new clients - Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the market presence - Conducting site visits to ensure the correct setup and use of the equipment

Key Requirements:

- Expertise in the building and construction industry or related sectors - At least 2-3 years of experience with building equipment or related items - Basic technical skills will be a plus (e.g., capability of starting machinery for demonstration tests and basic troubleshooting) - Fluency in Romanian and English - Willingness to travel (approximately 40-50% of working time) across the assigned region - Currently residing in Bucarest, providing easy and quick access to the international airport for frequent travels - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach
