BeOne Medicines busca un/a Representante de Ventas / Key Account Manager proactivo/a, autogestionado/a y orientado/a a soluciones para sumarse a su equipo de Oncología y Hematología en Argentina, en un momento de fuerte crecimiento de la compañía y expansión de su portafolio.

Es un rol dual que combina la promoción médica a profesionales de la salud con la gestión de cuentas clave (droguerías, obras sociales y prepagas). La promoción médica será el foco principal del día a día.

El puesto cubre CABA y GBA, con viajes a otras provincias de Argentina.

Formación Requerida:

• Matrícula vigente de Agente de Propaganda Médica (APM) (excluyente).
• Título universitario en Ciencias de la Salud, Negocios o carreras afines (preferible).
• Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia relacionada en Oncología y Hematología.

Funciones Esenciales del Puesto:

• Promocionar los productos de la compañía ante profesionales de la salud, con conocimiento profundo de los productos y las patologías asociadas, dentro del marco regulatorio aplicable y las políticas de compliance de BeOne.
• Gestionar y desarrollar la relación con cuentas clave, incluyendo droguerías, obras sociales y prepagas.
• Segmentar médicos, obras sociales y prepagas, e implementar estrategias de negociación efectivas.
• Identificar y analizar las necesidades del mercado para adaptarse rápidamente a los cambios del entorno sanitario.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos comercial y médico para desarrollar estrategias de venta efectivas y sostenibles.
• Mantener registros precisos y actualizados en el CRM de la compañía.
• Autogestionar la agenda y los viajes, incluyendo la organización de pasajes y alojamiento, y las tareas administrativas asociadas al puesto, sin soporte administrativo dedicado.

Responsabilidades de Supervisión: Ninguna.

Conocimientos Informáticos: Manejo de Microsoft Office; experiencia en el uso de sistemas CRM.

Otras Calificaciones:

• Experiencia previa en ventas en la industria de la salud, en Oncología y Hematología (excluyente).
• Conocimiento del sistema de salud argentino y experiencia en gestión de cuentas, especialmente droguerías, obras sociales y prepagas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y capacidad de colaboración con el equipo médico.
• Alta adaptabilidad y flexibilidad al cambio.
• Perfil proactivo y orientado a soluciones, con capacidad de aportar ideas creativas alineadas con las políticas de la compañía.
• Apertura para dar y recibir feedback constructivo.
• Licencia de conducir vigente.
• Inglés oral y escrito (preferible).

Viajes: Aproximadamente 30%, incluyendo visitas a otras provincias de Argentina.

General Description:

BeOne Medicines is seeking a proactive, self-managed and solution-oriented Sales Representative / Key Account Manager to join its Oncology and Hematology team in Argentina, at a time of strong company growth and portfolio expansion.

This is a dual role that combines medical promotion to healthcare professionals with key account management (wholesalers and payers). Medical promotion will be the main day-to-day focus.

The position covers Buenos Aires City (CABA) and Greater Buenos Aires (GBA), including field trips to other provinces of Argentina.

Essential Function:

• Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals, with in-depth knowledge of the products and associated diseases, within the applicable regulatory framework and BeOne compliance policies.
• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, including wholesalers and payers.
• Segment physicians and payers, and implement effective negotiation strategies.
• Identify and analyze market needs to adapt quickly to changes in the healthcare environment.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial and medical teams to develop effective and sustainable sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM.
• Self-manage the agenda and field trips, including travel arrangements (flights and accommodation) and the administrative tasks associated with the role, without dedicated administrative support.

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:

Valid Medical Sales Representative license (Matrícula de Agente de Propaganda Médica – APM), required.

University degree in Health Sciences, Business or a related field, preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Oncology & Hematology

Other Experience:

• Previous sales experience in the healthcare industry in Oncology and Hematology (required).
• Knowledge of the Argentine healthcare system and experience managing accounts, especially wholesalers and payers.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate with the medical team.
• High adaptability and flexibility to change.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to contribute creative ideas aligned with company policies.
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Valid driver’s license.
• English, spoken and written (preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Travel:

• Approximately 30%, including field trips to other provinces of Argentina.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM systems.
