We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. You should be comfortable managing advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and execute paid social strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, build custom and lookalike audiences, and implement retargeting strategies.
• Perform A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Stay updated on Meta advertising platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid social trends.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of proven experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Demonstrated experience running conversion-focused and/or lead generation campaigns.
• Solid understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting campaigns.
• Ability to analyze advertising data and make informed optimization decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing Meta Ads for eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or agency clients.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page builders.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Conversion API integrations.
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or substantial monthly ad budgets.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
