Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Experience Coordinator to assist clients with planning and coordinating their travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, organizing details, and creating smooth and enjoyable experiences from the initial inquiry through completion.

You will communicate with clients, understand their needs and preferences, provide helpful information, coordinate travel-related services, and assist with updates or changes throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with available travel and service providers when needed.
