Paralegal Legal-Assistant Virtual-Assistant Remote-Paralegal Legal-Secretary

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Scale-X Solutions ( is the fastest growing, remote-based outsourcing company in the Philippines! Within just a year, we already have 20 active clients in our roster and have helped 40+ MOTHERS and provided them with permanent work from home, morning shift jobs!
We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated PARALEGAL Virtual Assistants to join our team!
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 2 years of general virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, travel/flights/hotel bookings, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone.
  • At least 1 year of experience working for/with international law firms.
  • Deep understanding of basic legal terminologies
  • Adept in processing documents
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Knowledge of navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
  • Experience in handling several CRMs.

  • Detail oriented

  • Above-average English communications skills
  • Organized
  • In-depth research abilities
HOME OFFICE SETUP REQUIREMENTS:
  • Dedicated workstation/ workspace.
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • 50Mbps minimum internet speed
  • PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.​
