• Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) – weekends off

✅ About the project

You will join an international project in the insurance sector, supporting customers with questions and changes related to their policies.

The position is focused entirely on Customer Service and operational support – there are no sales or acquisition activities.

✅ What you will do

• Provide inbound Customer Support to Italian-speaking customers by phone and online channels

• Answer questions regarding insurance policies and account details

• Process policy changes and cancellation requests

• Support customers with claims and payment-detail updates

• Prepare and send relevant documents and information

• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems

✅ Requirements

• Italian at C1/C2 level

• Communicative English

• You already live in Lisbon or are ready to relocate there

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Comfortable using digital tools and internal systems

• Previous experience is not required – full training is provided

✅ EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is required.

✅ Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,000 gross x14 months or approx. €1,167 gross x12 months – you choose the payment schedule

• €1,200 gross Welcome Bonus, paid in 12 equal monthly instalments of €100 gross/month during the first year

• Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month

• Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approx. €167.86/month via meal card

Monthly gross salary: approx. €1,267–€1,367 gross + meal card
