The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English (Mandatory) and a basic understanding of IT support and server environments. Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  
• Troubleshoot system, email, and user access problems
  
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
  
• Support Windows/Linux servers
  
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and user systems remotely
  
• Help users with password resets, system access, and general IT issues
  
• Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)
  
• Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware (basic tasks)
  
• Support basic Cisco networking tasks and troubleshooting
  
• Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices
  
• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures
  

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English (Mandatory)
  
• Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshootingBasic understanding of servers and networking
  
• Familiarity with VMware, Cisco, and Cybersecurity concepts (basic level)
