Job Description

Category: Technology

Location: Phoenix Arizona United States

  • Reach the right person.

Call the supplied clinics during Phoenix business hours. Identify the practice manager, physician owner or recruiter; capture their name, title, direct phone and verified email.
  • Qualify the opportunity.
Ask about a paid role, willingness to consider TTP sponsorship/supervision, the potential supervising physician and the proposed start date. Mark unanswered questions as "unknown."
  • Arrange the next step.
Obtain permission to send Brandon's CV and permit overview. Book a conversation or record a specific follow-up date; confirm attendees and Phoenix time.
  • Keep a complete record.
Update the call log and tracker after every attempt, including the exact response, obstacles and next action. Coordinate branches with the same decision-maker.
  • Report daily.
Send a concise summary of attempts, decision-makers reached, interested clinics, meetings and issues needing Client's input.
Follow up as agreed and honor stop requests.
Success looks like: Accurate records and substantive conversations about paid work and sponsorship.
A request for a CV is a lead, not an offer.
