✅ Location: Remote – Porto area • Possible start: 12.11 • Fully remote work within 50 km of Porto Office Park • Work schedule: Monday–Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off) • Occasional night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00, with applicable allowance • Fast and fully online recruitment process

✅ Project: As a German Customer Care Advisor, you will support customers using diabetes-care and medical devices. You will combine customer service with basic technical guidance in a structured international healthcare project.

✅ As a Customer Care Advisor you will: • Support customers by phone, email and chat • Answer questions about diabetes-care devices and services • Guide users through basic troubleshooting • Assist with orders, renewals and documentation • Maintain accurate records and escalate complex cases

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system: • Base salary: €1,100 gross/month x14 • Fixed project bonus: €300 gross/month • Extra Project Bonus: €125 gross (part of a total of €1,500 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!) • Night shift allowance: 25% for each night hour worked • Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167/month, via meal card Total monthly package: €1,525 gross/month €167 net/month meal allowance applicable night allowance, plus 2 extra base-salary payments per year (€2,200 gross total)
