About the Role

Join a customer-facing engineering team building AI software for enterprise organizations. You will work directly with customers to understand complex operational challenges and deliver practical, production-ready solutions that inform the product roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally for up to 50% of your time to understand their operational needs.

• Design, prototype, and ship working software quickly across varied customer environments and technology stacks.

• Partner with engineers and other forward deployed teammates on customer engagements and pilots.

• Bring customer feedback and learnings into product development.

• Prepare and deliver demos and pilots for prospective customers across manufacturing, automotive, retail, and financial services.

What We're Looking For

• One to five years of experience as a customer-facing full-stack engineer or forward deployed engineer, including shipping production code.

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, LangChain, and Vercel AI SDK, as well as familiarity with Rust, SQL, REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, enterprise data systems, and AI/LLM tooling.

• Strong systems design and architecture skills, with the ability to translate customer problems into scalable solutions.

• A problem-first approach, comfort working through ambiguity, and experience adapting to different industries and technology environments.

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or another STEM field, and experience as a startup founder or early engineer is valued.

• Based in the UK and able to travel nationally and internationally. Must have work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 to 175,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
