Twenty hours a week,mornings only, running the content behind an Australian educational podcast.

A recording lands in yourfolder. Over the following week it becomes a published episode on YouTube andSpotify, a set of show notes, a page on the website, a newsletter to theaudience and three short clips for social. You are the person who makes that happen,on schedule, without being chased.

Alongside the content you keepthe diary moving: booking guests and contributors, confirming them, sending theprep, following up the people who have gone quiet. This suits someone alreadyworking as an Executive Assistant or coordinator who has picked up the contentside along the way, and who would rather own a clear block of work properlythan be on call all day.

What you will be doing

• Taking recorded discussions through to publication onYouTube, Spotify and the website
• Writing show notes, episode titles and descriptions,using AI tools to move quickly
• Preparing newsletters and basic social media contentfrom each episode
• Building graphics and presentation documents in Canva
• Coordinating meetings, diaries, guests andcontributors, including confirmations, prep and reminders
• Keeping the publication schedule on track and chasingwhatever is outstanding

•Updating website content in WordPress
Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an ExecutiveAssistant or in project coordination
• At least 1 year of hands on content publishing:uploading or scheduling content on YouTube, Spotify, a website CMS or an emailplatform
• Excellent written and spoken English, used regularlywith people outside the Philippines
• Experience coordinating meetings, diaries, guests andcontributors
• Good skills with Canva and preparing presentations anddocuments
• Familiarity with Zoom, Riverside or a similar video orpodcast platform
• Familiarity with WordPress or another website contentmanagement system
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT forsummaries, research, show notes and repurposing content
• Comfortable preparing newsletters and basic socialmedia content
• Highly organised, comfortable managing deadlines andchasing outstanding tasks
• Able to work a fixed 4 hour window each weekday between7:00am and 2:00pm Philippine time

Nice to have

• Previous podcast or educational content experience
• Basic video editing and cutting short clips from longerrecordings
• Experience with healthcare, dental, medical orprofessional education businesses
• Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp

•Social media scheduling experience

• Preparing simple performance reports on content,audience growth and engagement
