We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Engagement Coordinator to support patient communications and appointment scheduling. This role serves as a key contact for patients, coordinating appointments and ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Location: Latam, 100% remote and working hours are based on the US Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary patient contact via phone, email, and messaging.
• Schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide appointment and service information to patients.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant communications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling systems.
• Follow workflows to support a smooth patient experience.
• Coordinate with providers and internal teams on scheduling.
• Resolve scheduling issues and patient inquiries promptly.
• Document patient interactions in company systems.
• Support patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience handling phone interactions.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling, CRM or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Healthcare or patient services experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; degree is a plus.
• Clinical/medical experience is a plus.
