Your impact

As a Data Scientist, you'll transform data into actionable insights, develop advanced analytical solutions, and help shape the next generation of digital capabilities at . You'll work alongside Data Engineers, Data Translators, and business stakeholders to develop end-to-end solutions that create measurable value.

What you'll be doing

• Explore, prepare, and refine datasets for advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Design feature engineering strategies to maximize model performance.
• Communicate insights through visualizations, presentations, and dashboards.
• Deploy machine learning models and monitor performance in production environments.
• Support and promote the use of AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive modelling, and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Apache Spark.
• Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex insights to business stakeholders.
• A curious mindset and passion for innovation and continuous learning.
