Up to €90,000 + 25% bonus + company car, fuel card and business expenses

I’m working in partnership with a Global leader of plastic caps manufacturer offering the for an Area Sales Manager in cover the Belgium region.

Your opportunity to make an impact

Based in Belgium, you’ll take ownership of an established customer portfolio, with a 50/50 balance between developing existing key accounts and winning new business.

This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in understanding customers’ technical requirements and wants to contribute directly to business growth.

You’ll:

- Become a trusted partner to key customers, identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow each relationship. - Work with internal specialists to develop solutions around customer needs. - Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, product mix and profitability. - Identify and secure new business opportunities. - Develop budgets, forecasts and plans for your territory. - Promote innovation and sustainability as part of your commercial approach.

Who I’d like to hear from

Sales professionals with experience in caps and closures, injection moulding, plastic packaging or related plastics manufacturing, supported by:

- At least five years’ relevant commercial experience. - A proven record of growing key accounts and winning new business. - Strong technical, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - A self-motivated approach and willingness to collaborate. - Excellent English, flexibility to travel and a full, clean driving licence.
