About the Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious Emirati students and recent graduates to join our IT, HR & Finance Internship Program in Dubai. This exciting opportunity provides practical experience across technology and finance functions, allowing interns to develop business, analytical, and technical capabilities in a professional environment.

The program offers hands-on exposure to technology support, financial operations, reporting, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

• Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.

• Support HR reporting and administrative processes.

• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.

Information Technology

• Provide first-level technical support to employees.

• Assist with hardware and software deployment activities.

• Support system testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Help maintain IT inventories and user records.

• Assist with digital transformation and technology projects.

Finance

• Support invoice processing and financial administration activities.

• Assist with financial reporting and data analysis.

• Help maintain financial records and documentation.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation activities.

• Contribute to finance-related projects and business reviews.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.

• Currently enrolled in a university program or a recent graduate.

• Degree preference in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
